These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and ph26 ("ph26", "Platform", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), a gaming platform operating under license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), License Number [PAGCOR-2026-PH26], with registered business address in Metro Manila, Republic of the Philippines.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

You must promptly update your account information if any details change, including your contact information, address, or payment details. ph26 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

ph26 supports multiple deposit methods, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, and cryptocurrency payments. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. ph26 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4.2 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ph26 account are derived from legitimate sources and belong to you. ph26 strictly prohibits the use of the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. ph26 may request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time, and failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension and confiscation of funds pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your ph26 account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account is fully verified through the KYC process; (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses; (c) you have provided accurate withdrawal details; and (d) there are no ongoing investigations or disputes related to your account. 4.5 Fees and Charges

ph26 does not charge fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, for which ph26 is not responsible. Currency conversion fees may apply if you deposit or withdraw in a currency other than Philippine Pesos.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph26 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities; placing bonus bets on games with a negligible effect on wagering requirements; using betting strategies that result in low-risk wagering designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk; or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers. ph26's determination as to whether bonus abuse has occurred is final and binding.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by ph26 carry an expiry period, which will be clearly stated in the applicable bonus terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically from your account without prior notice. It is your responsibility to use bonuses within the applicable validity period.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

• Money Laundering: Depositing funds derived from illegal activity; structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds; or using the ph26 platform for any purpose other than genuine gaming entertainment;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards or information in live table games;

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or permitting any person under twenty-one (21) years of age to access or use your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.2 Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph26's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, your account, or any services provided shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to ph26 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ph26 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the platform.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The ph26 platform may incorporate or interact with third-party services, including payment processors, game studios, and analytics providers. ph26 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or performance of any third-party service, and your use of such services is governed by the respective third-party terms and conditions.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by ph26

ph26 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms or any other ph26 policy; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; (d) request or direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (e) where ph26 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

9.2 Voluntary Closure by User

You may close your ph26 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to you using your registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable verification requirements. ph26 strongly encourages players who are experiencing difficulties with gambling to make use of voluntary self-exclusion tools available from within your account settings before requesting account closure.
